Come join us for a cooking class session on Tuesday October 8th! In this session, chef Monique will prepare a 3-course meal and the people in the audience watch and then enjoy the good food and also receive the recipe. Chef Monique is a very talented chef who’s been known for adding personal touches above and beyond requirements, plus, at times, bringing in influences of traditional French cuisine, depending on the theme.
The theme of the session is “Non-traditional Thanksgiving”. The chef will prepare the following 3-course meal:
a) Potato leak and pea soup;
b) Veal rolls with pecorino and balsamic vinaigrette served with zucchini a-grate;
c) Individual Boston cream pies
Date: Tuesday October 8, 6:30-8:30 pm
Location: New Sudbury Superstore, Upstairs
Cost: $20 per person plus tax for WISE members;
$30 per person for plus tax for WISE friends;
Plan for arrival at 6:15pm to complete registration and waiver forms. Be prepared for enjoying a full 3-course meal and have fun!
